Boone is an older gentleman from Kentucky. His time at the shelter was up when DBHR was contacted. He was a stray, emaciated & flea ridden. He is now enjoying regular meals & learning about being a house hound. As his front teeth were worn from what looks like chewing on a chain, we can assume he was an outside dog. He is responding well to his foster people & new foster buddy bassets. He likes to play, hes a lover not a fighter:) We are working on housebreaking, as he had no reason before for watching where he peed, but he is learning.
