Clyde just came to Droopy BHR on Oct 14^th. He is a sweet boy with MAJOR skin allergies the family had been dealing with for many years. His owner could no longer care for him after the passing of her husband.  Clyde’s skin is very greasy, red and itchy. On his legs the skin has thickened due skin infections. We are working with Dr. Lyon to treat the infections and allergies. We have already changed his diet and he is getting bathes and antibiotics. Clyde’s skin is already looking better, but it will take time to get Clyde healthy and to hopefully rid him of the special “allergy” smell he has. Clyde’s not so thrilled with the new diet, but he is a good sport and a handsome sweet boy! He isnt ready for a new home just yet, but once he is healthy he will get to pick his new furever home!

Clyde is doing well and is ready for adoption. He will need to be on a special diet due to his allergies, and we are now trying apaquil meds to help with his skin. Clyde is such a wonderful boy he just needs the right family to call his own.
